
This project focuses on the digital development and brand positioning of BYOSS, a global recruitment platform that connects top talent with leading employers across Latin America and beyond.
Our goal was to elevate BYOSS’s digital presence through a cohesive strategy across social media, SEO, and targeted advertising campaigns. We began by establishing a consistent visual and messaging identity across their social platforms to better connect with both candidates and employers.
On the SEO side, we developed optimized landing pages and blog content to improve visibility and drive qualified organic traffic. Simultaneously, our ads team launched multi-channel campaigns aimed at both job seekers and companies, with continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
